Reviewing History and Show All in the Supervisor Review Workspace
Review normally hands you one card at a time: a finding, its evidence, and a decision. That’s fine while you’re working through the queue, but it hides two things you’ll eventually need — everything that already left the queue, and the rest of the pile that hasn’t reached your card yet. This article covers both entry points: History, opened from the Supervisor header, and Show all, the switch above the Review card.
Opening History
Click the clock icon labelled History in the Supervisor header — it sits beside Analyze now, and it’s there on Review and Overview alike. It opens a view headed “Everything that left the queue. Nothing was deleted.” with three tabs, each carrying its count:
- Dismissed — findings someone dismissed out of Review.
- Published — fixes that went out.
- Discarded drafts — drafts that were thrown away rather than published.
You see one tab at a time; Dismissed opens first.
Only findings a person actually dismissed show up in the dismissed list — the read requires a recorded dismisser. A finding the drafting process itself sets aside is not the same as an operator’s decision, so it doesn’t appear here and doesn’t offer a Restore button.
Closing History takes you back to the view you had open before you opened it, so switching over to check on an old dismissal doesn’t cost you your place in Review.
Demo mode: History does not perform a real read while a tenant is in demo mode, and the Discarded drafts tab isn’t offered at all — those drafts are the tenant’s own work.
Restoring a dismissed finding
Every row in the Dismissed list shows who dismissed it, when, and how many conversations it covers, and carries a Restore action. The list is one page of the 100 most recent; if there are more, a line underneath says how many of the total you are looking at. Restoring:
- Returns the finding to whatever status its own evidence currently supports — not necessarily back to “ready for review” if the evidence has since moved on.
- Brings back, as pending, the fix that was taken down along with the dismissal.
Restore can refuse. If restoring the finding would leave it with nowhere reviewable to land — for example, its group has nothing left to review because the draft was discarded on its own — the action is blocked and you’re told why rather than silently doing nothing.
Show all: browsing the whole pile
Above the Review card, beside the progress line Suggestion N of M, is Show all M. It isn’t a list of its own — it switches you out of the one-card stepper and into the review workspace: the findings list down the left, the item’s detail on the right, opened on the card you were reading.
- From there, clicking a row in the list opens that item in the detail pane. Nothing is stuck behind the position the stepper had reached.
- The Suggestion N of M counter and its progress bar belong to the stepper, so they’re not on screen in the workspace. When the queue is serving a page of drafts rather than all of them, the stepper line says how many more wait behind these.
- A One at a time button above the list takes you back to the stepper, with the count of what’s still waiting.
- The workspace rides in the URL (
?view=deep, plus the selected item’s id), so reloading the page — or sharing the link — reopens it rather than resetting to a single card. - On a narrow screen the button is hidden; the workspace stacks the list and detail instead.
Summary

Together, these two views close the two gaps a single-card Review left open: nothing dismissed is gone for good, and nothing in the pile is out of reach.
