AI answers your phone on the first ring
The same Agent Stack that handles your chat and email picks up the phone — same knowledge base, same rules, same capabilities. It answers instantly, runs the capabilities you have given it while the caller is still on the line, and hands over to a human the moment one is needed.

What's in AI Voice
- CapabilitiesThe actions the agent may run against your own systems during the call.
- Voices per languagePick the voice the caller hears, one per language.

- Handover to a humanThe agent writes a short summary and passes the call on.
- Call languageWhether a call stays in the language it started in, or follows the caller.
- Caller verificationConfirm who is calling before the agent touches their account.
- PaceHow long the agent waits after the caller stops talking.
- Welcome greetingThe first line the caller hears.
- Live transcriptThe call is transcribed turn by turn while it runs.
- Test in browserTalk to the agent from your desk, without a phone.
One brain, every channel
Voice is not a separate product with its own settings to keep in sync. It is the same Agent Stack you already run on chat and email — same knowledge base, same handbook, same capabilities — so the moment you update an article, you have updated what callers hear. The voice settings sit in the stack’s own Voice tab.
- Welcome greeting: the first line the caller hears
- Pace: how long the agent waits after the caller stops, and whether it speaks while a lookup runs
- Test in browser, with no phone, before a real call reaches it
It gets things done during the call
The agent does not read a script and hang up. It calls the same capabilities your text agents use — look up an order, move a booking, update an address — and the record changes while the caller is still on the line. Each capability carries an action tier, and caller verification is what lifts the cap: until the caller is confirmed, the agent only gets the actions that are open to anyone.
Scandinavian speech recognition, and a voice per language
Speech recognition here is tuned for Norwegian, Swedish and Danish — the part most voice AI handles badly. You pick a voice per language, from Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish, German, French, Finnish and Spanish, and other language codes can be set up as well.
- Call language: the call keeps the language it started in, or follows the caller
- A call that follows the caller only moves to a language you have given a voice
- A call that starts in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish stays in it
Handover that keeps context
When a caller wants a person, the agent writes a short summary with the reason before it lets go. The call goes to a team or queue you picked, or to one the AI chooses from the queues you allow, and the human joins with that summary and the running transcript already on screen. Switch on queue priority by customer tier and your top-tier callers go ahead of the rest.
- The call is transcribed turn by turn while it runs, so the transcript is there the moment it is handed over
- With no fallback queue set, the agent is never given the handover tool, so it cannot promise a transfer it cannot make
AI Voice answers the calls your telephony layer routes, drops every call into the same inbox as chat and email, and reports alongside every other channel.
