Google reviews & Trustpilot

Every review answered, in hours

New Google and Trustpilot reviews land in the same inbox as your chats and calls, with the reply clock running. Your team answers in public from Atender, while the customer still remembers what happened.

Why it matters

A review left alone is an answer of its own

An unanswered complaint is the first thing your next customer reads. Reviews belong in the same queue as everything else your team owns.

A review is a conversation

Each new review opens as a conversation in the inbox, with its stars and its text. It is assigned, sorted and searched like everything else, so it never sits in a tab nobody opened.

The clock is running

Reviews follow the same response-time rules as your other channels. A one-star review can be the first thing the team sees in the morning rather than a surprise a week later.

The reply is public

Your answer is published back on Google or Trustpilot from Atender. The next person reading the review sees that you took it seriously.

Patterns, not just incidents

Reviews sit in the same data as your chats and calls, so a problem appearing in reviews shows up next to the tickets saying the same thing.

Google reviews

Your Business Profile, run from the inbox

Every location you own, in one queue.

  • New reviews arrive within minutes, as conversations with their stars
  • Reply, change your reply, or remove it, published straight to Google
  • Several locations, each routed to the team that runs it
  • An automatic thank-you for four and five stars, in your own words, if you want one
  • Photos in the review come along with it

Trustpilot, asked at the right moment

Ask for a review when you have earned it: when the case is solved. Finish a conversation and an invitation goes out, now or a few days later, in the customer's own language. If the customer writes back and the case opens again, the invitation is dropped.

  • Sent when a conversation is done, on your timing
  • In the customer's language
  • Never sent for a case that reopened
Trustpilot reviews
  • New reviews arrive the moment Trustpilot sends them
  • The last 30 days are collected when you connect, so nothing is missed
  • The star rating is right there in the conversation subject
  • Reply once, published on Trustpilot; remove it and answer again if you need to
  • Edited reviews come back to the team as unanswered
People, not templates

Public answers are written by a person

The AI agents answer your chats, emails and calls. Reviews are left to your team, because a public reply is read long after the case is closed and a generic one does more harm than none. What the team gets instead is the whole story beside the review: the customer, their earlier conversations and what was already promised. If you would rather not staff it at all, our managed teams answer reviews in your voice.

Paste your Trustpilot API key, your business unit and the user replies should come from. Nothing else to install.

  3. 03

    Invitations
