The eight skills
A skill is read on demand: the assistant opens the one for the area it is working on.
Workspace
Sets up the ground everything else stands on: a short company profile the other skills reuse, and your brand on every surface a customer sees.
Covers: company profile, brand, teams, tags, opening hours, satisfaction survey, SMS sender name, email signature
Agent Stacks
Builds the AI assistant that answers on text channels — email, web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger and your own application.
Covers: stack and members, specialists, personality, handover to people, customer verification, test conversations
Agent Stacks Voice
Builds the assistant that answers the phone, and covers what handover and verification do differently on a call.
Covers: voice stack, a voice per language, greeting, pace, transfer queues, fallback when it cannot help
Capabilities
Gives the assistant the ability to read and change data in your own systems, bound to a verified customer.
Covers: API definition, endpoints, customer identity, action tiers, redaction, publishing, assignment to specialists
Web chat
Puts the chat widget on your website, and connects your own application to Atender over a webhook.
Covers: widget stack and team, languages, welcome and after-hours messages, install snippet, custom channels, branding
Makes Atender answer an email address, and names you as an SMS sender.
Covers: sending domain, DNS records, inbox created disabled, the safe switch-on order, deliverability, SMS sender name, signature
IVR and phone menus
Decides what a caller hears before they reach a person, and where each key takes them.
Covers: call queues, phone number, flow graph, retries and timeouts, opening hours, publish, bind, test script
Audit
Reads the whole workspace and reports what is set up and what is missing, without changing anything.
Covers: a read of every area, 403s named, gaps against every checklist, the ten common faults, a ranked report
What to ask
One ask per skill, once the assistant is connected to your workspace.
- “Set up my Atender workspace from this brand guide.”
- “Build my first Agent Stack for email and web chat.”
- “Set up the assistant that answers our phone.”
- “Connect our order API so the assistant can look up orders.”
